Karine joined Cervera Real Estate in 2011, recognizing that it is one of the most respectable and successful real estate companies in the greater Miami area. She has subsequently grown to value and admire the family-oriented culture and environment that is prevalent within the organization. Karine has firmly placed her in the top in house sales agent of many luxury projects , real estate professionals and earned recognition as top producer of her company in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In the early year of 2021 she made changed to her career to a new brokerage firm called PMG Residential LLC to work straight with the developer PMG as one of the Vice President of Sales of iconic and the taller residential tower in the State of Florida called Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami archiving the goal of sales and in the following year started new project called The Elser Hotel Residences Miami. In addition to this market, Karine also specializes in the Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne areas.

Originally from Espirito Santo, Brazil, Karine moved to the United States in 2001 and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish; she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Vila Velha in Espirito Santo.
